We're a community of local innovators and entrepreneurs who gather monthly to tackle real problems together. Through honest conversation and shared wisdom, we support each other's success and create lasting change. Helpers and doers welcome.

Each month, one member presents a real professional challenge (e.g., strategic pivot, funding approach, partnership decision, growth obstacle). The group provides structured feedback using our proven collaborative process. The outcome is concrete next steps for a specific challenge.

Unlike networking events focused on pitches or transactions, we dive into the real stuff that keeps us up at night. Members regularly tell us that insights from our sessions directly influenced major decisions, from business strategies to career moves to funding approaches. We're here for the conversations that matter, with people who genuinely want to see each other succeed.

New in 2026: Quarterly Macro Sessions - One meeting each quarter focuses on a shared community challenge, bringing together multiple stakeholders and skill sets to solve a problem collectively. We're experimenting with letting a little more of this group's magic out into the world.

• Commonwealth Fusion Systems (www.cfs.energy) will solve the climate crisis by commercializing clean, limitless fusion energy - a solution at the scale of the problem
• Raised $1.8 billion in Series B funding in just 12 weeks alongside the CEO
• Advised the company since day one and helped define company values (Execution / Self-Critique / Integrity / Impact) to guide every strategy and decision (ex: hiring, communications, partnerships, fundraising)
• Helped launch the Fusion Industry Association to build the nascent ecosystem, which has attracted $4+ billion in private capital
• Educated policymakers about public-private partnerships, which led to two new multi-million-dollar partnerships

I wanted a President who is a role model for my children. So for the five weeks leading up to the 2024 election, I volunteered in the battleground state of Arizona.

• Out of State Surge Team: I focused on recruiting volunteers as part of the Out of State Surge Team.
  
  • We knocked on doors because face-to-face conversations are the single most powerful way to motivate voters.
• Speaking and VIP Rallies: I had the honor of speaking immediately after Dr. Jill Biden. I helped organize inspiring rallies with Kamala Harris, Barack Obama, Dr. Jill Biden, Mark Kelly, and Gabby Giffords.
• In 2020, Arizona flipped red to blue, by just 6 votes per precinct. ‍

GlobalGiving's mission is to transform aid and philanthropy to accelerate community-led change.

• The GlobalGiving Technology and Innovation Advisory Council (TIAC) provides expert guidance and support for the organization's digital transformation journey (AI, GlobalGiving Atlas, etc.)

Responsible Innovation Labs equips startup founders and investors to build and win with responsible innovation.

• Scaled the organization, raised capital, and shaped organizational strategy and operations. Raised $1.85M raised from marquee foundations and HNWI
